Ingredients
- 1 tin Epicure Stoneless Black Olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons Epicure capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 teaspoon Epicure Anchovy Paste
- ½ teaspoon Epicure Chopped Garlic
- juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Epicure Cheese Spirals, for serving

Tip the olives, capers, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, thyme and oregano into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed. Spoon into a serving dish and stir in the olive oil. Scoop up with cheese spirals to serve.
