Scoop this flavorful hummus up with our puff pastry Mini Cheese Puffs or some crisp veggies. Or, spread onto sandwiches and wraps for a hit of flavourful protein. For an extra quick version simply stir our Chermoula Pesto into prepared hummus.

  • 1 tin Epicure Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons Epicure Chermoula Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Epicure Chopped Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • 1-4 tablespoon water, as needed
  • To Serve
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Epicure Chermoula Pesto
  • fresh coriander
  • Epicure Mini Cheese Puffs

The recipe Chermoula Hummus Kitchen Mode

    Tip the chickpeas, 3 tablespoon chermoula pesto, 1 tablespoon olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and 1 tablespoon of water into a food processor. Blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add additional water, as required, until your desired consistency is reached. Taste and season.

    Spoon the hummus into a bowl and swirl a little extra pesto onto the top, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with mini cheese puffs for scooping.
