Habanero Chicken Wraps DF

A quick lunch the whole family will love. Our habanero chilli mayo flavours these wraps and gives the chicken a nice kick. Feel free to experiment with whatever fillings you wish, or swap in our roasted garlic mayo if you don’t want the heat.

  • 4 tablespoons Epicure Habanero Chilli Mayonnaise
  • 250g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 1 large vine tomato, chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 50g Epicure Stoneless Black Olives, halved

    In a medium bowl stir together the mayonnaise and chicken until well coated.

    Divide the chicken evenly between the tortillas. Top each with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and olives. Season with salt and pepper, roll up, and lunch is served!
