- 250g cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 small head of lettuce
- 1 large vine tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 50g Epicure Stoneless Black Olives, halved

In a medium bowl stir together the mayonnaise and chicken until well coated.

Divide the chicken evenly between the tortillas. Top each with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and olives. Season with salt and pepper, roll up, and lunch is served!
