- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 100ml Epicure Habanero Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon Epicure Chopped Garlic

- 1 tablespoon cold-pressed rapeseed oil
- 300-350g sliced meat
- 500g stir-fry vegetables
- cooked rice, to serve

In a small bowl stir together the brown sugar, rice vinegar, habanero chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, then the meat, arranging it in a single layer. Let brown on one side then flip. Once cooked through, remove to a plate.

Now add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes, tossing occasionally, until crisp tender.

Add the meat back to the pan and stir through the sauce. Cook 2 minutes to heat everything through and bring it all together.

Spoon over rice to serve.
